  Just a tiny window in a colorful roadside stop. Not fancy, far from it. Kinda place the locals want to keep a secret from tourists. Drive up, get out of your car, order through the window, and try not to eat it all before you restart your car. Simply the greatest fried chicken I've ever had. Make it a "To Do" when visiting Savannah.

  I am a professional trumpet player and was in Savannah Ga for some of theJohnny Mercer songbook.We spent a week in Savannah Ga wandering around.As a road musician i saw truckers stopping at the" Lil Chick".So i stopped and was not disappointed,the workers were prompt,courteous and were a credit to the business.The chicken was EXCEPTIONAL,the best I have ever had,being from Upstate New York ,I would encourage anyone who travels near Savannah too stop,it is truly to good too pass up.Keep cooking do not change a thing you are a real CHICKEN SHACK and i mean shack in the most complimentary fashion.God Bless.Rod VonPackal and Family
